Consultant Outcomes Publication (COP) is an NHS England initiative, managed by the Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership (HQIP), to publish quality measures at the level of individual consultant doctors.

This initiative aims is to:

• Drive up the quality of care
• Help people choose the treatment that suits them best
• Ensure that every patient gets high-quality care
• Build improved services for the future
