Register of Interests - Executive and Non-executive Directors.

In compliance with the Trust's Constitution, Trust Board members and staff declare any interests which are relevant and material to the business of the Trust, as described in the Trust Standing Orders.

Individual declarations are recorded at various Board and other committee meetings and are noted in the Board minutes.

Register of gifts and hospitality

Declarations of gifts and hospitality are recorded in the Register of Gifts and Hospitality, which is held at the Great Western Hospital.

It can be viewed by prior arrangement with the Corporate Governance Department.

Copies may be requested via a Freedom of Information (FOI) request.
