Following the successful confirmation of £30million of central Government funding, the Trust setup the Way Forward Programme, a dedicated project team helping to improve services at Great Western Hospital.
The programme is focused on key projects that, instead of creating a bigger version of what exists today, help to develop a more integrated, streamlined and efficient health care system that will provide an effective balance of urgent and longer term care for patients’ best interests.
We work closely with experts, local communities, and Trust staff to bring together a wealth of knowledge and experience to ensure our new developments are fit for purpose now, and way into the future.
