The Trust Constitution sets out regulations for how we operate as a foundation trust.
It provides authority and guidance for the composition of the Board and the Council of Governors.
It allows us to have active members from these constituencies:

Swindon, Wiltshire Northern, Wiltshire Central and Southern

West Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Bath and North East Somerset

Rest of England and Wales

Staff Governors
People who would like to become members but who live outside these constituencies can be represented as affiliated members.
The Constitution also regulates how the Trust is audited, and how its accounts are prepared.
