Members, local residents, patients and families are invited to Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust's virtual Annual Members' Meeting, taking place on Tuesday 21 September, at 5.00pm.
The talk will give attendees the opportunity to learn more about the hospital's current urgent and emergency care position, as well as the management of the COVID-19 pandemic across the organisation and our recovery programme as we look to get all patients booked back in as soon as possible.
Staff will also share good news and successes with the audience, and will discuss other important topics related to local healthcare across the hospital, community and primary care services.
This will include the financial position, performance against national targets and an update on the development work currently underway at the hospital site.
Jim O'Connell, Chief Operating Officer, said: "This meeting gives the people of Swindon and the wider community the opportunity to come together and discuss their local hospital. It is important in maintaining a good relationship between the Trust and those who use it and we are always keen to hear directly from patients, families, staff and the public to understand how we can ensure that the service is working for you."
