This July is the 75th anniversary of the NHS and Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is marking the occasion with a number of exciting events and activities.
Local children are invited to take part in an NHS 75 drawing competition, with the winning drawings to be displayed in the Urgent Treatment Centre at Great Western Hospital.
Any children under the age of 18 can draw, colour, paint or digitally create a piece of art which represents the NHS and its 75 years of service. The art could include different staff, the history of the NHS or links to Swindon and the surrounding areas – entries can be as creative and imaginative as possible with colours, different textures or unique designs all encouraged.
Artwork can be scanned and emailed to gwh.comms@nhs.net or posted to:

Please include a name, age and contact detail on the art. This won’t be shared, but will allow the Trust to contact the children whose art work is chosen to be displayed at the hospital.
The closing date for entries is Wednesday 28 June.
