The Trust is holding a public forum on Wednesday 20 March, where local people can join to hear more about the Trust's exciting urgent and emergency care development, which includes the construction of a new Emergency Department.
Set to open in just a few months' time, the urgent and emergency care development is the biggest investment to healthcare in Swindon since the hospital opened.
Now, residents are invited to meet with the core capital development team, who will provide an update on the construction of the Emergency Department, the refurbishment and co-location of other urgent assessment areas and the creation of a brand new Children's Emergency Department.
The forum will also cover other Trust capital developments, including ambitious plans to build a health campus on the 5.5 hectare site that the Trust purchased adjacent to the hospital.
There will also be opportunity to ask any questions you might have, with the capital development team and other clinical staff on hand to answer.
The forum is taking place on MS Teams, from 5.15pm and everyone is invited to attend.
If you'd like to register for a place at the forum, please email gwh.wayforward@nhs.net and you will be sent the meeting invite link. You can also submit any questions in advance to the same email address.
