Inclusion Recruitment Champions

We're delighted to have introduced Inclusion Recruitment Champions to our interview panels to support a fair and inclusive recruitment process.

Members of staff from different roles across the organisation now receive training for this exciting new role which plays an important part in our recruitment process.

This is part of several initiatives designed to make our recruitment practices more inclusive, providing an additional level of assurance that interviews are free from any form of bias, whether conscious or unconscious.
