If you receive a letter stating you have an appointment on December 25th, this means you have been added to a holding clinic and you do not need to attend. We will contact you with your correct date and time as soon as we are able to book you into an appropriate clinic.

A holding clinic is not a real appointment. It is a future date with a waiting list of patients who are yet to be attributed to a real appointment date and time. This means you have not been forgotten and your appropriate appointment date and time will follow.
