The Bank can offer flexible working - shifts that fit around your life.

You can choose when and where you want to work, on wards and in areas providing specialist support across the hospital.

Bank staff can fill roles in admin, staff nursing or health care assistants, providing basic clinical care to patients. 

Anybody who registers to the Bank can select shifts from home via an app, and will also be entitled to NHS benefits such as our great pension scheme, discounts and option to earn extra money through a winter incentive programme.
