We are committed to ensuring that all mothers are supported to feed their babies however they choose. 

We will do all we can to support mothers and babies to establish breastfeeding and ensure that mothers who choose to bottle feed are shown how to do so safely.

It is never too early to start thinking about how you would like to feed your baby, so please ask your community midwife for any information you need or if you have any questions. 

We are always happy to talk about the different feeding options and provide unbiased, evidence-based information.

We are committed to UNICEF's (United Nations Children's Fund) Baby Friendly Initiative which supports health professionals and mothers to continue their chosen method of feeding for as long as they wish.
