Our clinics and teams are here to provide help and support for all ages. 

We understand you may feel nervous or embarrassed when calling or attending an appointment but please be assured that our staff are friendly, confidential, and are here help with any needs or questions you may have. 

We can help you get tested, provide treatment, arrange contraception or emergency contraception, and we can also support you with relationships, advice, help after assault, and looking after your sexual wellbeing. 

On your visit you may be asked quite personal questions, these questions are asked to ensure we can provide the best and most appropriate care to you, whilst ensuring your safety. 

If you do not have symptoms of an STI, you may not need to be examined but we can provide you with a test to take home or be delivered to you if needed.  

If you have symptoms of a sexually transmitted infection, you may need to be examined. We will explain the examination to you in full and answer any questions you have before proceeding. You are also welcome to have a chaperone or another healthcare professional with you during your visit for support.
